Photos: Fake 'mad man' caught while attempting to kidnap two children in Delta State
A man pretending to be mad was caught at Utagbaunor/umukwata road,Ukwani LGA of Delta State while trying to kidnap two children. According to Ossai Ovie, the suspect almost killed one of the children, before help came.
